## Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may have entered production and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please provide:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.

## Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
* The item must be returned in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
* The item must be suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued to the original payment method.

## Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The item must be returned in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

* Return shipping costs
* Shipping costs for the replacement item

The replacement item will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.

* Reason for the return or exchange

Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending any item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please ensure the item:

* Is securely packaged
* Includes all original contents
* Meets the eligibility requirements described above

### Step 3 – Ship the Package

After shipping the package, please provide:

* Tracking number
* Carrier name
* Tracking website

### Step 4 – Inspection and Resolution

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped after inspection.
